I couldn’t resist another visit to this cake to show it in all it’s four tiered splendour.

Branksome Dene Beach Wedding Tower
Kate and Bryan’s fabulous wedding at Branksome Dene Hall required a statement piece and I needed to come up with the goods! The cake topper for the chocolate and toffee top cake was topped of with minitures of the bride and groom, Kate with her snorkel and mask and Bryan with his kite surfing board. [...]
Sandbanks Wedding
Sophie and Greg’s wedding at Sandbanks Hotel in Poole was a stylish affair. The beautiful room, overlooking the most picturesque slice of the English coastline, was decorated in white and a sandy beige. The cake, I am pleased to say, took pride of place at the end of the top table on a silver cake [...]
Wedded Bliss
Bride and Groom Cake Topper with the minor details modelled on Emily and Gareth. The four tiered fruit cake was travelling up to Worcestershire for this weekends wedding. The parents of the groom seemed undaunted by the task of transporting it. The mere thought of such a request would usually strike fear to the heart [...]
Chinese Love Tower!
This cute top cake is embellished with the Chinese symbol for love. Clean and sharp, just like the Samurai sword that the groom was reputedly using to cut it with! Ouch!
Leila and Paul’s Parley Manor Wedding
Parley Manor is an oasis of calm, a slice of wedding heaven. Leila and Paul were married there in the grounds last Thursday and her colour scheme was sage green, not the easiest of colours to match but the tower came up trumps. Cool and classy sage green once more.
Summer Wedding Tower
Set in one of the most beautiful parts of the country is the Larmer Tree Gardens, a most quintessentially English location, the most perfect place for a wedding. On this particular June day the sun shone for England and no one could have asked for more, except cake that is… you can never have too [...]
Regal Purple Square Cake
The colour of 2010 is very obviously regal purple or Cadbury’s purple. Beautiful, rich, deep purple and the square cake carry’s it so well.
Beautiful Black and White Cake
A small, intimate family wedding at the fabulous Hotel du Vin last week which was followed by an enormous reception in the evening at the Cumberland Hotel on East Cliff, which is the coolest of venues. The cake travelled between the two venues and survived the day. I am always so pleased when the wallpaper [...]
Katherine’s Cake
I can not begin to tell you how much I LOVED this cake. Katherine knew what she roughly wanted but more importantly, she definitely knew what she didn’t want, which is actually just as useful. We pieced it together from pictures and scraps of paper, pictures of flowers and bouquets and the fact that the [...]
